Content strategy and copywriting
Lead generation system setup
SEO foundation and optimization
Limited website support and maintenance (as defined in the project plan)
Exact work will be defined in your project plan.
3. What is NOT Included
We do NOT include:
Logo or full brand design
Advanced graphics
Ads, social media, or traffic generation
We build the website. Getting traffic is your responsibility.
AI-assisted banners and graphics can be provided at an additional cost if requested.
4. Payments
Advance payment is required to start
Full payment must be completed before final delivery
Important:
No payment = no work
No full payment = no website, no files, no access
If payment is delayed, work will be paused after a reminder. This may affect the agreed project timeline.
5. Timeline
Most projects take 4–6 weeks.
Timeline depends on:
The schedule agreed before the project
Your response speed
Content provided by you
Payment completion
Delays from your side will extend the timeline.
6. Client Responsibilities
You must:
Provide business information (about, services, contact details), required images, and any additional details requested
Respond on time
Approve work on time
Make payments on time
Delays from your side will delay the project.
7. Revisions
2 revision rounds are included
Allowed:
Small edits (text, images, colors)
Not included:
New pages
New features
Major design changes
Extra work will be charged separately.
8. Scope & Extra Work
Anything not agreed at the start is extra work.
Extra work will be charged separately.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Ownership
After full payment:
You own the final website
Until full payment is received:
All work remains the property of Slecks
No files, access, or transfer will be provided

12. Portfolio
We may showcase your project in our portfolio.
If you want confidentiality, inform us before the project starts.
13. Support
Support is provided for a limited time (up to 3 months or as defined in the project plan).

Bug fixes
Minor help
Not included:
New features
Redesign
Major changes
After the support period, all work is chargeable.
14. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
Leads
Sales
Traffic
Rankings
Results depend on your business, marketing, and other external factors.
15. Liability
We are not responsible for:
Your content
Third-party tools or plugins
Hosting/server issues
Business results
Changes made by you after delivery
Important:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
16. Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
